Dear Cary,
We're getting settled into our
new place. Hard to believe it's only two weeks since we
sold our house.
Thank you for the job you did for
us. It's clear to me that few if any other brokers could
have sold our Brightwaters house. You have a clear sense
of this type market and were quite encouraging, despite our
decision to sell in the wake of September 11. I was pleasantly
surprised that the price we received was within range and that
we were out of the house within three months.
When we contracted with you, I
had been impressed with your reputation. After working
with you, I'm even more impressed with the job you do and with
your professional manner.
Thanks again from making this
move as easy as it was. Feel free to use me as a
reference with any prospective clients
Sincerely,
Carlen Maddux

Recent Changes to St. Petersburg: |
Over
my lifetime I have experienced a tremendous change in St. Pete
lifestyle and real resurgence of the city. In the
beginning of my real estate career I would pick up clients at
the airport and drive them straight to the Gulf Beaches and
the Don-Ce-Sar avoiding the "Bleakness" of Downtown St. Pete.
I was ashamed of our "old-fashioned" downtown. This is
no longer the case! We are experiencing of major
"renaissance". Everything is changing. This is an
enthusing for progress and preservation and expansion.
Now we have been very smart to save our waterfront in
downtown. There is a major difference between St. Pete
and other cities because of all our waterfront! It's
amazing how pretty St. Petersburg new upscale look is.
Growing up in the hotel business I am thrilled that many of
the historical buildings have been preserved. Beginning
with the Vinoy Hotel we have been lucky that the Albert
Whittard Airport has been saved |
